Meeting Room Reservations
Weekend and outside use of the facility:
All groups, both district and outside, must fill out a Use of Facilities Form for weekend use through the District Office at least 10 working days prior to use.
All outside groups must fill out a Use of Facilities Form for use through the District Office at least 10 working days prior to use.
Outside groups will be charged 2 hours to open and 2 hours to close. Currently $35.00 per hour. Additional charges if more than two hours of cleaning required.
District groups will be charged if there is no maintenance or custodial staff assigned for other activities at the high school during the requested time.
